**Behaviour Mentor Opportunity at a Secondary School in Lambeth**


Teach360 is currently working with an excellent secondary school in the heart of Lambeth, seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dynamic behavioural team. The school caters to a wide range of needs and is looking for a strong Behaviour Mentor to make a positive impact on students' lives.


The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour, be passionate about supporting vulnerable students, and have an enhanced DBS. If you are an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor with excellent behaviour management skills and a desire to transfer into a school setting, this could be the role for you.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Plan and deliver 1-2-1 mentoring/support sessions with identified students on a range of subjects that may be hindering individual learning
  • Leading activities during break and lunch times to promote positive relationships between children and encourage positive mental health
  • To plan and deliver a wide range of extra-curricular activities which promote learning, good behaviour, better social skills and well-being
  • Tracking behaviour patterns and identifying interventions to support positive behaviour
  • Supporting children in class to work through difficult situations and facilitate restorative techniques to build relationships
