We are seeking a skilled ITSM Administrator to join our Digital & Technology team at Age UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in automating our IT and business processes using the Hornbill platform.

• Assist in automating processes using Hornbill, while maintaining current automations and integrations.
• Work closely with colleagues, customers, and the leadership team to ensure activities are aligned and integrated.
• Provide recommendations to customers on business process efficiencies and ITSM best practice.
• Ensure all Operational, Architectural, and Service standards are maintained, adhering to minimum enterprise standards.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues within the system.
• Technical awareness to interact with utility scripts and gather technical details for reporting.
• Basic knowledge of scripting (ability to learn quickly is sufficient).
• Experience with requirements capture and documentation.
