Job Title: Commissioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Europe and beyond. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our projects and ad hoc assignments in the wind energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform local technical support functions on windfarm construction sites, leading and driving solutions as needed.
  • Act as the central point of contact for information or feedback from or to the back office.
  • Support Lead Site Managers in their daily planning and problem-solving activities.
  • Collaborate with the CPX team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and analyze WTG performance, planning and analyzing troubleshooting as required.
  • Assist in starting up projects, maintaining documentation packages, and defining training content.
  • Develop Commissioning Supervisors through Competence Evaluations Checklists.
  • Drive improvements and process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Profound technical knowledge, preferably within the areas of electricity or mechanics.
  • Experience using internal software Vestas Online Toolkit (VOT), Excel, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Solid process understanding and fluency in English.
