Due to an expansion of our team, we are looking for a skilled Laboratory Assistant to join The Highfield School in Hertfordshire. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and materials.
We require a motivated and organized individual with a scientific background and experience of working in a laboratory setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
This is a part-time position, approximately 19.5-26 hours per week, term time plus 5 INSET days. Working pattern to be discussed at interview. These hours do need to be around the schools' working hours for pupils. Working pattern can be split between 3 to 4 days per week.
Salary: £11,300 to £15,100 per annum (dependent on basic hours contracted)
