About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Services Manager to join our team at TrustFord. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for managing F&I performance KPIs and developing new F&I products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage F&I performance KPIs and develop new F&I products and services.
  • Work closely with General Managers to ensure sites complete monthly reviews based on sales process KPIs.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, group BPR reviews, and compliance status reporting.
  • Be responsible for the Group F&I budget and set compliance standards for F&I products and services.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Previous managerial experience.
