Job Summary:

Haven is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance repairs, as well as general plumbing, carpentry, and glazing repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance Team to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Complete repairs to the internal and external fabric of holiday homes and buildings
  • Perform general plumbing, carpentry, and glazing repairs
  • Conduct basic electrical and safe isolation
  • Repair appliances
  • Provide quality workmanship and follow all Haven Health & Safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Highly competent and confident in trade skills
  • Evidence of previous trade roles
  • Full valid UK Driving Licence
