An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Lead Nurse to join our team at Jobit in the High Wycombe area.

We are a leading healthcare provider, offering a warm and nurturing environment where individuals receive intensive treatment for eating disorders, including severe and enduring anorexia nervosa, as well as support for patients with complex needs.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a current active NMC Pin as a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement hospital strategies and provide clinical leadership.
  2. Clinical Governance: Oversee clinical department performance and governance, deputizing for the Hospital Director when necessary.
  3. Staff Management: Ensure appropriate staffing levels, skill mix, and effective rota management.
  4. Staff Development: Support staff development through training, supervision, and career progression.
  5. Care Standards: Maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with regulations such as the Mental Health Act.
  6. Incident Management: Oversee incident reporting, reviews, and clinical investigations.

A strong clinical background in ED, coupled with evidence of continuing professional development, is highly desirable for this role.

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, working 37 hours per week. As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
