The Exams Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of exams and assessments at RGH-Global. This includes coordinating with teachers, staff, and external exam boards to ensure that all exams are conducted fairly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate exam schedules and timetables
- Manage exam entry and registration processes
- Ensure compliance with exam regulations and policies
- Communicate with teachers and staff regarding exam-related matters
- Provide support for students with special exam arrangements
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of exam regulations and policies
- Experience in a similar role or in education
Working Hours
Working hours are 8am to 4pm daily, term time only plus 10 days.
