Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Financial Planning Assistant to join our successful Financial Planning company in the Southwest. As an Administrator, you will work closely with financial advisers to provide holistic planning to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • New Business Submission: Submit new business opportunities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Organisation and Administration: Organise letters of authority, arrange meetings, and prepare review packs for clients.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with clients and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (negotiable), plus discretionary bonus, hybrid working arrangements, 25 days holiday, Christmas closure, fully funded professional qualifications, private medical insurance, and 5% pension contribution.

  • Experience in Financial Planning or a similar industry.
