Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager is a critical role that involves leading the store team to deliver outstanding results. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Take ownership of store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management;
  2. Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience;
  3. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve exceptional performance;
  4. Foster a collaborative and inclusive store culture;
  5. Collaborate with store management and corporate partners to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a management position;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
