About the Role

Climax Studios, a renowned game development studio, is seeking an experienced Lead Level Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Level Design team and creating immersive environments for our AAA game.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a level design team to create engaging and memorable gameplay experiences.
  • Design and build large, immersive levels that align with the project vision and quality benchmark.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all levels meet the required standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Level Designer on at least two published console titles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprinting.
  • Strong understanding of level flow, metrics, and pacing.
