Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, arranging events for the sales department, and managing office supplies and equipment.
To succeed in this position, you must have previous experience in a similar administrative role, excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You should also be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports
- Arranging events for the sales department
- Recording all absence and holiday requests
- Arranging training courses for all departments
- Managing office supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
