Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Estate Agents to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and improve branch performance
- Monitor and assess team member performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
