Learning and Development Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team in Tees Valley, working with a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects to students throughout the school, adapting and differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in a 1:1, whole class support or outside the class capacity
- Giving pupils the chance to either get back into mainstream schools or progress into a sustained Post-16 pathway
- Contribute to a positive ethos for learning
- Overtly promote the values and achievements of the school to the community
- Aware of and follow the company Equality, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies
- Have and create high expectations of staff and students
**Requirements:**
- Teachers – to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS
- Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating pastoral care

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
