Office and Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office and Accounts Manager to join our team at Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our West Bromwich office, including financial duties, property management, and HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Produce regular finance reports, investigate discrepancies, review invoices, and process expenses.
  • Property Management: Oversee the management of our properties, including reviewing tenancies and contracts, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and resolving building maintenance issues.
  • HR and Administration: Manage correspondence, including inboxes and post, and perform HR duties such as salary reviews, onboarding, and recruitment.
  • Business Analysis: Use business analysis techniques to identify and implement process and system alterations to improve the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Operations or Office Management, with HR and line management experience.
  • Highly competent in QuickBooks and experience of budget maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and team-working skills.
