We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Care Administrator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Patient Care Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

The Community and Special Care Dental Services provide a wide range of community and acute services throughout North Cumbria. We are committed to creating a centre of excellence in providing rural and remote healthcare and provide high-quality dental care and oral health advice for a diverse group of patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding healthcare services to the population of North Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking duties at other Dental Sites in Furness and South Lakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to the dental team
  • To ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date
  • To work closely with the dental team to provide excellent patient care
Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will need to have a good understanding of dental terminology and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18,620 - £20,526 per annum (Band 2), plus a range of benefits, including:
