Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our community 7-bedded service for younger adults in Nottingham, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to younger adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities
  • Support individuals with challenging behaviors and complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote positive teamwork and a culture of excellence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN or RNLD) qualification
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of five years of experience in learning disability/autism/mental health/community/NHS or private settings
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
