Job Brief
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teaching assistant to join our team at our Fantastic Primary school in Garstang.
The successful candidate will provide academic and emotional support to a Reception pupil with an EHCP plan, working closely with the class teacher to create a tailored learning environment.
This is a part-time/Full-time role, dependent on the child's needs, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on a child's educational journey.
To be considered for this position, you should have level 2 qualifications and experience working within KS1 settings.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid to scale with a January increase, making us one of the most attractive employers in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Providing academic and emotional support to a Reception pupil
- Working alongside the class teacher to create a tailored learning environment
- Contributing to the development of the child's educational plan
