Senior Business Development Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to lead and inspire operational teams in delivering results.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will develop and lead a team of enthusiastic managers within a geographical region and sector, providing exceptional service to our clients. You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets are in line with management and performance reporting.
- Drive service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements.
