Job Title: Complaints Manager

At SpaMedica LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered at our Epsom site meets recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on incidents, safeguarding alerts, referrals, and complaints
  • Manage staff performance and lead on staff management
  • Manage the performance of consultant surgeons to ensure the highest calibre of clinical services and customer service
  • Maintain relationships with the local CQC team and ensure regulations are maintained and monitored
  • Analyse data and act upon it using bespoke systems and MS Office products
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care
