Complaints Manager

At SpaMedica LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered at our Epsom site meets recognized standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on incidents, safeguarding alerts, referrals, and complaints
- Manage staff performance and lead on staff management
- Manage the performance of consultant surgeons to ensure the highest calibre of clinical services and customer service
- Maintain relationships with the local CQC team and ensure regulations are maintained and monitored
- Analyse data and act upon it using bespoke systems and MS Office products
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Performance bonuses twice a year (up to 10%)
