Job Overview:

The Education Network is seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with a child in KS1 who requires additional support due to Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will have a background in working with primary-aged children with SEN and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 support to the child in a primary school setting
* Develop and implement strategies to support the child's learning and development
* Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the child's needs are met
* Maintain accurate records of the child's progress and development

Requirements:

* Qualified Teaching Assistant or equivalent
* Recent experience working with primary-aged children with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
