GSL Education is currently seeking a talented Supply Teacher to join one of our client schools in Market Harborough. This role presents an excellent opportunity for educators to gain experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and be able to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging lessons and promoting student participation.
  • Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Providing feedback and contributing to student academic progress.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Previous classroom experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A current Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
