Job Title: Powertrain Technical Project Lead

Contechs is seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Technical Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading powertrain projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead powertrain projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement powertrain solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in powertrain engineering, with a strong understanding of powertrain systems and components.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including CATIA V5/V6.
  • Experience with SAP, including ER Management and Release, BOM Structuring, and Cost Management.
