About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AV Account Executive to join our team at Publicis Media. As an AV Account Executive, you will be responsible for working on AV (TV, BVOD, Cinema & SVOD) media activity planning and overseeing campaigns from brief to activation and review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in and eventually lead the buying of market-leading advertising campaigns across TV, Video, and Cinema for all clients.
  • Negotiate with various media owners to drive access to the best environments for a campaign's target audiences and ensure the best results for clients at the best prices.
  • Take responsibility for all campaign administration from approval to reconciliation.
  • Create post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Work with the team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved.
  • Meet all deadlines set by the client team, the AV team, planning team, and the client.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes within the AV marketplace - share market intelligence with the wider AV team.
  • Embrace changes and advancements within the industry, team, and systems.
  • Use appropriate systems and technology in an effective and efficient way.
Requirements
  • Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate to advanced ability on Excel, including formula construction.
  • Be passionate about delivering outstanding work with a great attention to detail.
  • Have a strong ability to communicate both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Be a great team player with an inclusive spirit.
  • Be dedicated and conscientious, and go the extra mile when necessary.
  • Have an ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
