This position will offer a hybrid arrangement, with the option to work part-time from home and part-time at their office in Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and support the company's business and products.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic direction and develop marketing plans for all products, including those in development and on-market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Previous experience (5-10 years) in a marketing role within a regulated industry, preferably the medical device (drug delivery) and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of the development process for medical devices.
- Strategic product marketing experience with the ability to develop and implement plans.
- Experience managing and working with external marketing agencies.
- Working knowledge of digital communications, including campaign development and implementation of web, social media, email, and PPC.
