Senior Life Sciences Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Life Sciences team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top talent within the industry.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruiter who wants to make a significant impact in the Life Sciences sector. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with high-quality candidates, as well as building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent within the Life Sciences industry.
- Candidate Management: Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
- A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure, comprehensive training and development programs, opportunities for career advancement, and a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
