Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in groundworks and site management, overseeing and managing multiple groundworks projects across different locations in the Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to ensure projects are running smoothly and to a high standard.
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and the client to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure all groundworks are executed in line with project specifications and health and safety regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring that all works meet quality control standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in groundworks and site management.
  • Proven track record in managing construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or focus on long-term, larger projects.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the Midlands.
