Transforming the Future of Girls' Futsal
Bloomsbury Football Foundation is a pioneering organization that harnesses the power of football to empower children and young people in London. We are committed to creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment that fosters the growth and development of young athletes.
Our Girls Super League is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to make competitive football accessible to as many girls as possible. We are now launching the inaugural Futsal Girls Super League in Hertfordshire, providing three divisions: U12, U14, and U16, with all matches hosted at our central venue.
The Futsal Girls Super League Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management of the league fixtures. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate clubs and stakeholders to grow the league and promote a culture of excellence.
- Overseeing match day logistics, including scheduling, cancellations, payments, and referee coordination, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining league operations, including on-site match day coordination, equipment inventory, social media presence, and supporting projects, to drive the league's growth and success.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clubs, stakeholders, and team members.
- Organizational excellence with multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management to ensure the smooth operation of the league.
- Capability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions to drive the league's success.
- Confidence in leadership and decision-making to inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Women's and Girls' Futsal, including the challenges faced by them in football and futsal, to inform and drive the league's development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to effectively manage and analyze data.
Requirements
- Flexible working pattern with the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Ability to travel outside of London to attend matches and events.
- The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK and be able to commit to the role's requirements.
