Your Role:
- Maximise sales revenue to exceed targets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead and motivate the performance of the sales team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Be a visible presence on the sales floor to drive sales and inspire the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, providing a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
- Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge to deliver key business objectives.
- Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with company directives.
- Maintain awareness of current and market trends, understand forthcoming promotions and monitor local competitors.
- Drive and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
- Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred.
