**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value gifts from trusts and foundations, while also providing guidance and support to their direct reports.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and cultivate opportunities for high-value gifts from trusts and foundations

- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, Trustees and senior volunteers

- Experience in securing and stewarding five or six-figure philanthropic gifts

- Line management experience

**What We're Looking For**

We're looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value gifts and experience in line management.
