About the Role:
We are looking for a registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration, excellent communication skills, and immediate life support provider certification. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team, promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous competent and dedicated assistance under the direct supervision of the operating surgeon throughout the procedure.
- Be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and strategies to improve patient care and theatre efficiency.
