Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in the Yeovil region
- Collaborate with health coaches, advanced nurse practitioners, and workflow/medicines management hubs to deliver best-in-class care
- Embrace innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £11,000 - £14,000 per session (based on experience)
Flexible hours with 2-6 sessions per week (negotiable)
