We are seeking a talented Area Giving and Financial Support Specialist to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial well-being of churches across the capital.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to churches, including:
- Assisting church leaders and staff with budgeting and financial planning.
- Providing guidance on financial regulations and compliance.
- Collaborating with church leaders and staff to develop fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a charity or not-for-profit organization.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- 20 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
