Business Development Representative

We are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our client’s expanding team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for targeting customers by making outbound calls to businesses, proactively following up leads, and ensuring that targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Targeting customers by making outbound calls to businesses.
- Proactively following up leads and ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
- Asking leading questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Telesales, or a similar role, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. They will also have patience, with the ability to empathise with customers, and good numeracy skills.
