About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements
* Provide expert advice on equipment and adaptations to enhance independence and quality of life
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Develop and maintain relationships with families and carers to ensure effective communication and support

About You:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a Learning Disability Occupational Therapist, you will have a proven track record of working with individuals with learning disabilities and a strong understanding of the complexities of this field. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
