Science Teacher Needed for Long-Term to Permanent Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team at a 'Good' mixed secondary school in Norwich.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Science lessons tailored to the needs of students, utilizing innovative teaching methods to promote active learning and student participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver Science lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Employ effective teaching strategies to promote student engagement and participation.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the Science department.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
  • Previous experience as a Science Teacher.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
