Are you passionate about safeguarding vulnerable children and young people? Do you have a recognized social work qualification and registration with Social Work England? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Protection Social Worker to join our team on the Isle of Wight.

As a Child Protection Social Worker with Service Care Solutions Ltd, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and collaborating with health, education, and other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and children's safety is prioritized.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans.
  • Prepare reports and present evidence in court as needed.
  • Engage with families, build trust, and work with them to ensure child safety.

Requirements:

  • A recognized social work qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Solid understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment processes.
