Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £33,199.75 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a competitive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
As a skilled Structural CAD Technician, you will assist the structural team in delivering services to clients through multi-disciplinary team working. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Producing technical drawings using 2D and 3D tools to communicate structural designs.
- Coordinating building information models with other design disciplines.
- Reviewing your work to ensure quality and accuracy before passing it to engineers for final checks.
- Providing ad-hoc assistance to other design disciplines with technical drawing production and modelling support.
- Assisting the BIM Systems Manager with maintaining and developing Norse BIM standards.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience producing reinforcement detailing drawings and bar bending schedules.
- Understanding of Building Structure Technology.
