Elderly Care Assistant Manager

You will also be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that they deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and current UK professional registration are also required.
