Application Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As an Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pathology laboratory diagnostics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic systems.
- Onboard new customers by engaging with their teams and facilitating a smooth launch process.
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and other events to showcase our products and provide presentations.
- Offer ongoing application assistance and support to end-users, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an application specialist role, preferably with specializations in Haematology, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Molecular, or Life Sciences.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel throughout southern England to meet customer needs.
