Internal Sales Business Developer

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading manufacturing and construction related, fabrication company. We are supporting their recruitment for an Internal Sales Business Developer to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent contract, located in the Midlands, to be the first point of internal contact for all customer queries as well as proactively developing business within the UK.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in B2B telesales. Experience with costing and pricing would also be advantageous.
This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary up to £27K, pending experience, plus excellent company benefits.
The successful Internal Sales Business Developer will be a career-motivated individual with excellent communication and office-based skills, including Excel, MS Office, Outlook, CRM, and a real commitment to exceeding our customers' expectations.
Main Duties:
- Ensure that customers are given the highest level of service and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
