**Job Description:** Development Contributions Coordinator

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Development Contributions Coordinator. This role involves supporting the Development Team process with prospective developers, including negotiation, agreement, and monitoring of planning obligation agreements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying projects in accordance with corporate programmes and local infrastructure need, and ensuring that the CIL charge collected is correctly allocated to parish and town councils.

A strong understanding of CIL and S106 policies is essential for this role. A Post-graduate degree in planning, regeneration or a related discipline is desirable, and eligibility for membership of RTPI would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position with flexible hybrid working arrangements available. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week at £45 per hour.
