We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Director to lead our Real Estate team in delivering ambitious and highly technical projects. As a Senior Security Programme Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategies to meet them.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Turner & Townsend Group and take on a leadership role in our Real Estate team. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a cybersecurity or IT-related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and end-users
  • Able to become Security Cleared
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
