Exciting Tax Leadership Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is proud to present a fantastic career opportunity for a Mixed Tax Director or Partner to join a highly reputable and well-established firm of chartered accountants based in Kent. This is a unique chance to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and growing team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple partners and be responsible for a small tax team, servicing a mixed portfolio of clients. The role will offer a high level of autonomy and flexibility, allowing the individual to create their own path and focus on their areas of expertise.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified tax professional with a strong track record of success in client handling and tax expertise. They will have a proven ability to produce high-quality work on complex UK tax matters, within budget, and will be able to provide a high level of client relationship.

Requirements
  • ATT and CTA, ACA, ACCA or STEP qualified
  • Previous experience operating at a senior level within tax
  • Proven experience in client handling and tax expertise
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality work on complex UK tax matters, within budget
  • Tax experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage
