Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our talented Kitchen team at the exclusive Europa Hotel. Under the leadership of our Inspiring Executive Head Chef, Kyle Greer, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist other chefs in the kitchen area.
- Provide the highest standards of preparation and presentation for guests' needs and to ensure expectations are met.
- Maintain the kitchen areas in a clean and tidy manner in accordance with departmental standards.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- Maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
- Comply with all health, safety, hygiene and licensing policies and procedures.
- Ensure that guest dissatisfactions are dealt with efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide you with full training.
