Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ethics and compliance?

We are seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance Specialist to join our team at ICAEW.

As an Ethics and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and answering enquiries from members and other stakeholders in relation to all ICAEW's products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive practical advice on regulatory, ethical, money laundering, and professional matters.
  • Developing material to support members in a multi-media environment to assist with member self-serve and a 24/7 service.
  • Maintaining and applying a thorough, up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant bye-laws, standards, regulations, guidance, and legislation.
  • Identifying emerging technical and professional issues that affect our members and working with the team to proactively address them.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • Sound knowledge of ICAEW bye-laws and Code of Ethics, regulations, and guidance, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Sound knowledge and work experience with FRC Ethical Standard and AML legislation.
  • A passion and experience for providing exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good knowledge of and interest in the work of the profession and its members.
