Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with children, young people, and adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans to support the individuals we care for.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy colleagues to provide comprehensive support. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us maintain a person-centered approach, empowering the individuals we support to make informed decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team to provide comprehensive support
- Contribute to staff training and consultation to enhance the quality of life for the individuals we support
- Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs
- Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- A competitive salary of up to £53,200 (pro-rata, dependent upon experience)
