Job Description
As a dynamic Learning Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality learning through diverse teaching methods, supporting teachers in planning and assessing activities, and organising off-site experiences. You will work closely with pupils, teachers, and families to build strong, positive connections and empower them to achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will require a passion for learning, creativity, and patience when working with children with complex needs. We value GCSEs and provide supporting teaching and learning qualifications.
