Pool Attendant Team Lead

Job Description:
Halton Borough Council is seeking a Pool Attendant Team Lead to join our Active Halton Leisure Centres team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of exceptional services and ensuring the safety of pool users.
Salary: £20,100 - £20,418 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pool users, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Administer first aid, perform pool rescues, and apply resuscitation techniques when necessary.
- Assist the Facility Manager with operational tasks, including serving customers in reception and café areas.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and facility management best practices.
