We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 Night Driver to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Night Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering dairy produce to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting and delivering dairy produce to our clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs of deliveries and collections
  • Meeting agreed time schedules and remaining flexible to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

  • Category C entitlement - Clean license (desirable)
  • New pass drivers will be considered
  • Friendly, professional, and dedicated to great customer service
  • An outstanding work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace
  • Physically fit to enable you to lift and move stock
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience using a PDA scanner (Desirable)

Working Conditions:

  • Nights: 00:00 start time (flexibility may be required)
  • 48 hours per week
  • Working some Saturdays (fluctuates between busier periods)
  • £14.50 per hour
  • 20-40 drops per day (fluctuates between busier periods)
  • Handball involved, no heavy lifting
